• I have the right to refuse any commission

• If you want to approve the sketch before I continue, please let me know at the time of payment so I can do that :)
• If you want something that's not officially on my price list, lmk and we can discuss a price! (i.e. sketch page, ref page, scene, etc)PAYMENT
• I take payment through cashapp(preferred) or paypal
• I may or may not be willing to accept art payment. I have the right to refuse art payment
• I wont do refunds unless I cannot complete the commission for personal reasons
• Payment is required upfront unless discussed to accept payment after initial sketchART USAGE
• Art may not be used for profit
• You may use commissioned art for personal use but it must be properly credited
• Art may be edited for use in edits, pfps, etc., the signature is not to be removed, and it must be credited.
• You may not remove or obscure my signature
• I do not and will never consent to using my artwork to train generative A.I.
• Furthermore, My art is not to be used for AI in ANY capacity or manner.
• I do not and will never consent to my art being sold as NFT's.
• I usually post my art, but can be private upon request.
